Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers are at work. Leave the side gate unlocked and you’ll get a text with a photo when the visit is done.
What happens to the green waste?
It leaves with us. Clippings, cuttings and weeds are bagged and taken away, so your green bin stays free for the week.
Can I pause my round when I’m away?
Yes. Reply PAUSE to any reminder text and we’ll skip visits until you’re back. Reply START to pick up where you left off.
Do you do one-off clean-ups?
Absolutely. Overgrown gardens, end-of-lease tidy-ups and pre-sale clean-ups are a big part of the work. Many turn into a regular round afterwards.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Everything: mowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers and the trailer for green waste. You don’t need to provide a thing.
